برای درمان با روش نوین سلول‌های بنیادی لازم است بیمار بسته به نوع بیماری مراحل درمانی زیر را در یکی از بیمارستان‌های تهران/ایران انجام دهد.

کارهای قبل از پیوند:
تست‌های معمول، تست‌های کروموزومی، سی‌تی‌اسکن، ام‌آرآی و مشاوره.

پذیرش و عمل پیوند:
برای حدود یک هفته بسته به نوع و شدت بیماری.

کارهای بعد از پیوند:
ویزیت‌های دوره‌ای و ادامه درمان برای حدود دو ماه بسته به شرایط بیمار.
